The purpose of this Privacy Statement (hereinafter: the “Statement”) is to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be collected and how it will be used, as well as your rights regarding the data we hold about you and how to exercise them. Amazing Horses commits to processing all collected personal data in accordance with this Statement and guarantees that your personal data will not be sold, lent, or otherwise disclosed to third parties, except in legally mandated cases.

Hotel Booking and Check-in:
When booking a hotel room, Amazing Horses collects the following data from you:

Stay details (arrival and departure dates, number of guests, special requests, room preferences, and other services).
At hotel check-in, in addition to the above, we collect:

All collected data are used for booking and check-in purposes. The legal basis for processing this data is our contractual relationship with you. As processing is necessary for the provision of the service, it may be performed based on the fact that you are entering into a contractual relationship with us. If you do not provide these data, we cannot provide our services (hotel rooms cannot be booked via our website, phone, or intermediaries such as Booking.com). For the provision of special services and a high-quality stay, we may collect additional data (e.g., previous bookings, type of breakfast, additional services, room special requests). The legal basis for processing these data is contract performance, while certain data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, to improve and promote new products and ensure your most comfortable stay. Contact details may also be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest for basic personalized communication via email to present relevant services or activities based on your previous interactions with us. Rental of Halls or Hotel Spaces:
When renting a hall or hotel space at Posestvo Pule Equestrian Estate, Amazing Horses collects the following data:

Number of participants and additional information.
All data are collected to prepare offers and contracts for renting the hall or hotel spaces. The legal basis for processing is our contractual relationship. If you do not provide this information, we cannot provide our services. Contact details may also be used for basic personalized communication about relevant services and activities. Participation in Contests and Promotions:
Personal data provided during contests or promotional actions are processed for the purpose of executing the contest or promotion. Inquiries Sent to Our Contact Information:
When you send inquiries to our published contact information, your personal data is processed solely to respond to your query. Only data you voluntarily provide are collected.

Social Media:
You can contact us directly through our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Data provided in comments or messages are used only to respond to your inquiry. Plugins on our website may transfer data directly to social media providers. We have no control over the processing of data by social media providers.
Video Surveillance:
Amazing Horses operates video surveillance on its premises to prevent vandalism, protect property, ensure the safety of people and employees, and monitor entries/exits. Legal interests pursued are property protection, safety, and entry/exit control. Appropriate signage indicates areas under surveillance.
4. Data Users
We commit not to disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties without your consent. Certain tasks may be entrusted to data processors who handle data on our behalf within contractual limits. Data may be disclosed to authorities such as the police, Statistical Office of Slovenia, municipalities, banking service providers, legal advisors, IT service providers, cloud services, and email service providers. Data will not be transferred outside the EU/EER without adequate protection.
5. Data Retention Period
Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection. Data processed based on law is retained according to legal requirements. Data processed for contractual purposes is retained for the duration of the contract and applicable statute of limitations. Data processed based on consent or legitimate interest, such as newsletters, are retained until consent is revoked. Video surveillance data is stored for up to one month unless required for incident investigation. Certain contractual or tax-related data may be retained up to 10 years.
6. Data Protection
Amazing Horses commits to protecting personal data submitted via our website, telecommunications, or other means, and to securely delete data when no longer needed.
