We source our ingredients on the estate, ensuring freshness and authenticity. The flavours are bold yet refined, and each dish is complemented by wines from our private cellar. This elevates every meal to a celebration of Slovenia’s culinary excellence.
A visit to our wine cellar, adorned by a sculpture of St Martin and a 1614 wine oath in the Slovenian language by Hilarius Anderlič, a wine measurer from Ljubljana, who was presumably born at Pule Estate, will make for a special experience. In classical ambience with carefully considered details, the cellar keeps a rich variety of wines from world’s most renowned wine-growing regions, while special place is given to the wines produced by Slovenia’s best wine producers. Our excellent wines will stir your soul and heart.
At Pule Estate, we take pride in offering homemade dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. What we don’t produce ourselves, we carefully source from nearby farms and trusted local suppliers.
